The State Duma deputy Vyacheslav Lysakov has already made an offer to raise the minimum size of the fine, and the introduction of the so -called point system.
What is this system?
All motorists, for every 100 rubles of a fine, will receive a 1st -stage score. Upon receipt of 200 points, the driver would be deprived of a driver’s license for a period of 1 year. But so far this proposal has not found supporters.
But an increase in a fine of up to 5 thousand rubles for those motorists who do not miss an ambulance is quite possible. Today this amount is only 300 to 500 rubles. Deputies also consider increasing fines for driving for overly noisy vehicles 100 times.
Road services also made a proposal: to increase 30 times the punishment for stopping on the roads outside the individual territories. Now the size of the fine for parking, for example, on the side of the road, is only 100 rubles.
